Management Structure

The management and supportive structure of the MATHIAS consortium assembles around the scientific work packages I-III. Therefore, the central parts are the work packages which are embedded by advisory panels and supportive management structures.

The General Assembly is an ensemble composed of one senior representative per beneficiary. The work package leaders are General Assembly members per se. The General Assembly is chaired by the Coordinator and decides about all high level management issues.

The Steering Committee consist of the individual work package leaders and focuses on the implementation and guidance and success monitoring of the scientific aims. It is the direct link between the scientific work level and project management.

The Advisory Boards support the coordinator and the General Assembly in all scientific, strategic and ethical related questions within the MATHIAS project.

  • The Scientific Advisory Board supports the consortium on emerging questions which might come up during the project and assists in interpreting unexpected results
  • The Ethical Advisory Board supports the consortium on emerging ethical questions which might come up during the project
